We coordinate all of those processes rather than leaving the administrative work to the business owner or property manager.

We are experienced with the renovation challenges specific to New Orleans’s older commercial building stock including cast iron construction, timber framing, aging mechanical systems, and structures that have been renovated multiple times with layered systems requiring careful assessment before new work begins. Exterior alterations on structures in historic districts require HDLC review, which we manage as part of the project.
